To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 30 days following the receipt of the watch and must meet the following conditions:
Watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you
No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
No resizing, altering of bracelet.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
I don’t like my item, can I return it?
Returns are accepted as long as they do not exceed 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. However, all returns made should be in perfect condition and the return postage be paid by the returner. Proof of postage should then be emailed to us as proof of delivery.
Will you refund me the shipping costs?
Depending on the item and reason, refunds are available to those who qualify.
Can I return the item and change it with something else?
Provided that the returned item is in a perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Please drop us an email and we will sort something out for you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a watch which is damaged in transit or not working on arrival, it is still eligible for return. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you received a defective item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To request a return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject "Return Requested" and indicate your order number and the reason for return in your email. We will reply within 24 hours with your RMA number and return instructions.
